Meet Troy Kearns

Troy Kearns has been in the real estate industry since 2000. He began his career as a Real Estate Agent but had a hunger for more. Selling over 2000 properties during a year was not enough for him. He began real estate investing  in 2008 expanding all over the United States with a main focus in Kansas City. He has flipped hundreds of homes and commercial properties and now he is teaching others to do the same. 

 

Today, Troy’s multiple real estate investment companies are actively flipping, wholesaling and buying rental and commercial properties all across the United States. He wants to teach you how to invest in all aspects of the real estate industry, and how to make you a millionaire!

TransUnion, or TLO, BatchLeads, and DealMachine are all examples of skip tracing platforms, and if you don't want to do it yourself, you can hire a skip tracer to find somebody for you!
